Job Description

  • Support the Key Account Manager in managing and developing relationships with key distributors and accounts.
  • Assist in implementing sales strategies and account plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor sales performance and track KPIs to ensure targets are met.
  • Conduct regular visits to distributor outlets and retail points to ensure proper product placement and visibility.
  • Coordinate and execute promotional activities and marketing campaigns with distributors and internal teams.
  • Analyze sales trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
  • Act as a liaison between key accounts and internal departments to ensure smooth sales operations.
  • Address customer inquiries, feedback, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, market insights, and competitor analysis for management review.
  • Work closely with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams to ensure timely product delivery and effective sales execution.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in FMCG sales or account management, preferably within a distribution environment.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and identify market trends.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin are required
