About the Role

We are hiring Junior CRM Executive for sales division to support customer relationship management and help drive business growth through personalized engagement.

You will focus on maintaining daily engagement, analyzing customer preferences, and supporting sales activities to improve overall customer experience.

This role gives strong exposure to cross-channel communication and a clear pathway to develop a career in CRM and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Manage daily customer interactions via WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Phone, and CRM system.
  •  Understand customer needs to recommend suitable products and services.
  •  Prepare clear written content for proposals and sales communications.
  •  Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer behaviour to improve outcomes.
  •  Track and update CRM metrics such as conversion and activity rates.
  •  Complete tasks efficiently and support team initiatives as needed.

  •  Proactively seeks clarity and consultant to perform tasks accurately and effectively.

Nice-to-Haves:

  •  Preferred age: 21–28 years old.
  •  Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
