About the Role

We are looking for a Junior CRM Executive to join our sales team, where you will play an important role in engaging customers and supporting business growth through personalized interactions.

You will be involved in daily customer engagement, understanding customer behavior, and supporting sales initiatives to enhance overall customer experience and retention.

This role offers strong exposure to cross-channel communication and a clear development path into CRM, customer growth, and sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact interactions via WhatsApp, Email, and CRM to turn leads into loyal customers.

• Deep-dive into customer needs to recommend the right solutions and maximize value.
• 深度洞察客户需求，提供精准的产品建议并最大化提升客户价值。
• Prepare sharp, persuasive proposals and sales content that drive real conversions.
• 提供专业且具说服力的商业提案与销售内容以达成业务目标。
• Track competitor moves and user behavior to help the team stay one step ahead.
• 追踪友商/竞品动向及用户行为，协助团队在竞争中抢占先机。
• Manage CRM metrics and funnel performance to identify new growth opportunities.
• 管理 CRM 核心指标及销售切入点，从中发现新的增长机会。
• Support key sales initiatives with the team and streamline workflows for peak efficiency.
• 协同团队执行关键销售计划，并不断改善工作流程以保持高效。

Language: English, Mandarin & Malay

Must-Haves:

•  SPM qualification or above.
•  Trilingual in English, Chinese, and Malay (spoken, written, and reading).
•  Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Service, Telesales, or related roles.
•  Proactively seeks clarity and consultant to perform tasks accurately and effectively.

Nice-to-Haves:

•  Preferred age: 21–28 years old.
•  Proficient in G Suite and Microsoft Office.
