Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as a liaison between departments (e.g., warehouse, logistics, finance, HR, sales) to support smooth communication.
- Track and monitor workflow progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to operations.
- Support management in implementing policies, procedures, and process improvements.
- Handle scheduling, planning, and coordination of resources, staff, and materials.
- Identify and escalate operational issues, risks, or delays to management.
- Assist in preparing operational reports, performance tracking, and data analysis.
