Duties & Responsibilities
- To manage a group of Field Consultants to ensure they achieve the operation efficiency and effectiveness of Client’s requirements.
- To provide strategic planning and operational excellence to the team.
- Ensure operations efficiency and effectiveness.
- Owner of region performance assigned under the Operations Manager (each OM is assigned 2 or 4 region depending on the number of Select & Kedai under the region).
- Focal for area operational excellence & sales target.
- Build rapport with clients and retailers.
- Liaise with SHELL personnel.
- Conduct monthly review with team on performance and identify area for improvement.
- Conduct monthly review with SHELL S&O team as well as Ops Ex team for region performance and identify gaps & opportunities.
- Lead trainer for the operations team.
- Second level review for team report.
- Manage 1st level appeal by retailer for audit.
- Analysis & compilation of market intelligence.
- Identify in-outlets opportunities, solve escalated issues & propose plans.
- Deploy & ensure compliance of SOP.
- Manage ad hoc request & manpower allocation.
- Approval of itinerary, & recruitment for the team.
- Consolidate reports for General Manager.
Job Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Mass Communication
- Min 3 to 5 years in similar field
- Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is added advantage.
