Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate, driven, and detail-oriented admin to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts with a focus on ensuring the accuracy of profit and loss, building strong client relationships, preparing insightful reports, and collaborating effectively with internal teams. We are especially interested in candidates who are eager to learn, grow, and contribute to the success of our clients and the company.
As an admin, you’ll enjoy a flexible work environment, with 90% of your time spent working remotely and 10% dedicated to team bonding and in-person meetings.
Key Responsibilities:

<li>Financial Management (Profit and Loss Accuracy): &nbsp;</li>

<ul>
<li>Ensure the accuracy of profit and loss statements for each client account, ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up to date. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze account profitability, ensuring financial targets are being met. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Collaborate with finance teams to resolve discrepancies, track revenue, and manage costs related to client projects. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Provide clients with clear and accurate financial updates, including profit and loss insights, ensuring full transparency.</li>
</ul>

<li>Reporting and Analysis: &nbsp;</li>
</ol>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and present detailed reports on account performance, financial metrics (including profit and loss), and other key deliverables. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Track and analyze campaign performance, financial trends, and provide insights to clients to optimize strategies. &nbsp;</li>
<li>Ensure all reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with client expectations. &nbsp;</li>
</ul>
Desired Skills and Attributes:
