About the role

We’re looking for an Operation Executive to play a key role in ensuring smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll be doing

• Process customer orders in a timely and accurate manner
• Manage customer inquiries from order placement to invoicing, keeping customers and operation manager informed
• Monitor the order fulfillment process to ensure timely delivery
• Liaise with the operations team regarding stock availability and production schedule prior to processing of orders
• Evaluation of costs and maintaining profit margins
• Analyze operational data and maintain product inventory
• Monitor whether policies and procedures are followed throughout the company
• Communicate with executives and upper management regularly to create short or long term operational goals

Job Requirements

What We're Looking For

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Business/ Marketing/ Business Administration/ Supply Chain/ Operations or equivalent
• Minimum 2 to 3 years' experience in Operations or relevant industry
• Proficient in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
• Proficient in SQL system and Microsoft Office
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive and able to work independently
• Working experience in operations is an added advantage
