<li>Assist the Retail Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations across multiple retail branches.</li>
<li>Ensure all retail outlets adhere to company policies, procedures, and operational guidelines.</li>
<li>Coordinate and execute promotional activities, sales campaigns, and in-store events to drive sales performance.</li>
<li>Provide guidance, support, and coaching to store managers and retail staff to achieve sales targets and maintain service standards.</li>
<li>Monitor store performance, including sales results, inventory levels, and customer feedback.</li>
<li>Assist in training and developing retail staff to improve productivity, customer service, and overall performance.</li>
<li>Promote a positive, productive, and motivating work environment across all branches.</li>
<li>Oversee inventory management to ensure optimal stock levels and product availability.</li>
<li>Ensure all outlets maintain high standards of visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product presentation.</li>
<li>Uphold and enhance customer service standards across all retail branches.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing and presenting reports on store performance, sales trends, and operational challenges.</li>
<li>Analyze sales and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement and business growth.</li>
