Job Description

1. Create visual assets including marketing materials such as marketing campaign banners, promotional posters, social media postings, and in-store artworks.
2. Prepare detailed output files for POSM (Point of Sales Materials) production and printing.
3. Collaborate with the Creative Manager to ensure designs meet branding and campaign objectives.
4. Develop POSM and all creative artworks required before the opening of an outlet.
5. Interpret floor plans and propose artworks for optimal visual flow.
6. Work closely with suppliers, and printers to confirm materials, finishes, and accurate measurements.
7. Ensure print-ready artworks are delivered according to specifications, timelines, and budgets.
8. Conduct quality checks on printed or fabricated materials.
9. Participate in site measurements, mock-up reviews, and installation supervision to ensure artwork and POSM are executed to plan.
10. Troubleshoot design or production issues on-site when required.
11. Provide guidance on the proper placement of POSM and visual display elements.
12. Work closely with the Creative Manager, Retail Officer, and Marketing team to align on outlet visuals and campaign roll-outs.
13. Present concepts, updates, and recommendations to cross-functional teams clearly and effectively.
14. Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee as necessary.

Job Requirements

Requirements

1. Diploma/Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Interior Design, or related field.
2. ⁠Minimum 2–3 years of experience in graphic design, retail design, or visual merchandising.
3. Strong understanding of retail outlets, floor plans, and POSM applications (experience in retail industry is a plus).
4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); knowledge of 3D visualization software is an advantage.
5. Ability to create die-cut files and technical drawings for production is a plus.
6. Knowledge of printing techniques, materials, and fabrication processes.
7. ⁠Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to handle site work, measurements, and installation supervision.
8. Excellent project management and communication skills.
9. Ability to work independently under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality.
10. Ability to travel to outlets/sites when required; own transport is a plus advantage.
