<p>The Sales Executive (HORECA &amp; Export) is responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and expanding Signature Market’s presence in both the Hotel, Restaurant, and Café (HORECA) sector and international export markets. This role requires a proactive, fast-learning, and results-driven individual with a genuine passion for health and wellness.</p>

<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across HORECA and export channels.</li>
<li>Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key accounts, distributors, and business partners.</li>
<li>Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and emerging opportunities in local and international markets.</li>
<li>Confidently communicate with clients via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to understand their needs and recommend suitable product solutions.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to close deals effectively.</li>
<li>Manage order processing, shipment coordination, and documentation for both local and export sales.</li>
<li>Maintain an updated customer database and ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.</li>
<li>Represent Signature Market at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the brand and build new connections.</li>
<li>Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic planning, follow-ups, and consistent customer engagement.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, logistics, and product) to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.</li>
<li>Other duties may arise from time to time and may be assigned to the employee.</li>
</ol>
