Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships and ownership of the assigned customer account, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. The Account Executive will also be working with cross functional departments and leading in proposals, presentations to customers, and other identified initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders.
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners.
  • Prepare and guarantee, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
  • Lead and prepare proposals to customers.
  • Prepare, update, manage costing sheets for all assigned opportunities.
  • Ensure accuracy and quality of all commercial documentation.
  • Work with solution and other delivery and support team on crafting solution for opportunities within account/accounts assigned.
  • Prepare Account planning on assigned account/accounts on yearly basis.
  • Review Account planning and strategy on half yearly basis.
  • Work with legal department on contract preparation for opportunities and deals closed.
  • Ensuring all necessary information and data are input correctly into the CRM system and take accountability on information recorded.
  • Follow up with customers on Account Receivables working closely with marketing support and other teams.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales or account management for 2-3 years.
  • Proven success in achieving sales targets and growing revenue.
  • Fresh graduates with good English proficiency both oral and writing, as well as good basic Mathematic and Microsoft office skills will be considered with training provided.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Adept in using CRM or sales management software.
  • Diploma or Degree in IT related, Business Administration, Marketing, or any other related field.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
