<li>Perform Administrative tasks regarding raising logs, problem escalation and tracking statuses for logs.</li>
<li>Response and monitor all tickets logged are met within SLA.</li>
<li>Resolving IT incident, service/change requests from customers, and stakeholders within SLA timeframe.</li>
<li>Gathering and analysing data to diagnose problems with systems.</li>
<li>Collaborate with IT team and developers in resolving and providing best solution.</li>
<li>Stay up to date with current technologies and technical developments.</li>
<li>Provide day-to-day support to customers’ existing IT application team.</li>
<li>Produces regular reports on status, service/change request progress, SLA performance, analyzes trends, and proactively identifies opportunities for optimization.</li>
