What applies to you
In this role, you will be assisting in managing Help Desk Support, System Monitoring & Maintenance, AD User Profile Management, Documentation & IT Inventory Support. Be the go-to expert for all technical challenges!
What you will do
- Respond promptly to help desk tickets, emails, and phone calls, ensuring timely resolution of user issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems, providing step-by-step guidance to end users.
- Log and address all user requests and inquiries, delivering effective Level 1 technical support.
- Diagnose and resolve desktop hardware and software issues to ensure smooth user operations.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving basic network and server-related problems.
- Perform other tasks and assignments as required on a daily basis to support IT operations.
Job Requirements
What you will need
- Currently pursuing / possessing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Proficiency in Windows / Linux / Mac OS.
- Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk software.
- Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in English (spoken & written)
- Able to report to work at Bandar Utama, PJ
- Able to take on internship with minimum duration of 4 months
