Job Description

  • Efficiently manage the Chief Representative 's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for the Chief Representative ’s internal and external communications.
  • Organise and coordinate all travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation,transportation, and itineraries.
  • Plan, coordinate, and prepare for m eetings, conferences, and special events, both internally and externally.
  • Support the Chief Representative with internal office operations, such as coordinating with team members on projects and deadlines.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost professionalism, maintaining discretion in all communications and actions.
  • Respect privacy regarding personal matters and maintain the trust of the Chief Representative. 

Job Requirements

  • University or Bachelor's degree
  • 3 5 years of experience in a personal assistant or administrative support role.
  • Fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in a corporate or executive setting is preferred.
  • Exceptional organi s ational and time management skills.
  • Strong writ ten and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and manage changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
  • Profession al, proactive, and solutions oriented approach to tasks.
