We’re on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive Procurement Officer to ensure we’re always stocked with the products our customers love.
✨ The Role: As our Procurement Officer, you’ll play a vital role in sourcing, negotiating, and managing suppliers, with a key focus on imports from China. Your mission? To ensure smooth operations, cost efficiency, and timely product availability to keep our customers happy.

🔑 Your Responsibilities:

<li>Sourcing &amp; Supplier Management</li>
<ul>
<li>Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, particularly in China.</li>
<li>Identify and evaluate vendors to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.</li>
<li>Stay updated on market trends and innovative home décor materials.</li>
</ul>
<li>Order &amp; Shipment Coordination</li>
<ul>
<li>Prepare and manage purchase orders with clear attention to detail.</li>
<li>Oversee the import process, including shipping schedules, customs clearance, and delivery timelines.</li>
<li>Resolve any issues related to shipments or supplier discrepancies efficiently.</li>
</ul>
<li>Cost Management &amp; Negotiation</li>
<ul>
<li>Negotiate contracts and pricing terms to achieve cost savings without compromising quality.</li>
<li>Analyze procurement data to optimize purchasing decisions and minimize costs.</li>
<li>Work closely with the finance team to manage and track procurement budgets.</li>
</ul>
<li>Inventory Control &amp; Reporting</li>
<ul>
<li>Monitor stock levels and ensure the timely replenishment of inventory.</li>
<li>Provide accurate reports on purchasing performance, costs, and supplier reliability.&nbsp;</li>
<li>One must have powerful memorization skill and systematic planning to avoid missing deadlines.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Keep meticulous records of supplier contracts, invoices, and agreements.</li>
</ul>
