Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and digitally savvy Senior Community & KOL Executive to drive community engagement and lead the execution of KOL and affiliate strategies across key social platforms. This role plays a vital part in enhancing brand visibility, customer loyalty, and content advocacy by cultivating meaningful relationships with our community and influencer network.
You will be hands-on in managing day-to-day communications, campaign execution, and performance optimisation, while also contributing to strategic growth opportunities within the community and KOL space.
Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement & Brand Advocacy
- Manage and grow SKINMADE’s online community across Instagram, TikTok, Lemon8 and other relevant platforms.
- Engage daily with followers, customers, and brand advocates through timely, thoughtful, and brand-aligned interactions.
- Lead community-driven initiatives such as giveaways, loyalty shoutouts, co-creation content, and UGC campaigns.
- Build relationships with top customers, micro-advocates, and brand fans, converting them into long-term community assets.
- Monitor community sentiment and trends to provide insights and feedback to the marketing and product teams.
KOL & Affiliate Program Execution
- Support strategy and lead execution for KOL and affiliate campaigns across paid and organic tiers.
- Identify and onboard suitable KOLs, content creators, and affiliate partners that align with brand values and campaign goals.
- Oversee product seeding, timeline tracking, and communication workflows to ensure smooth execution and deliverables.
- Maintain and update the influencer database, tracking performance, ROI, and engagement metrics per campaign.
Content Collaboration & Amplification
- Liaise with internal creative teams to ensure KOL content is aligned with campaign themes and brand aesthetics.
- Curate and repurpose KOL and community-generated content for brand use across digital touchpoints (social, email, website).
- Stay informed on influencer trends, social media shifts, and platform updates to adapt strategies accordingly.
Reporting & Optimisation
- Track and report on the performance of KOL and community campaigns, using KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, conversions, and brand mentions.
- Analyse campaign data to make recommendations for future initiatives, seeding strategies, and creator partnerships.
- Collaborate with performance marketing and analytics teams to align on content effectiveness and sales impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in influencer marketing, community management, or social media (beauty/lifestyle industry preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a natural flair for engaging audiences.
- Hands-on knowledge of influencer platforms, social media tools, and content management systems.
- Strong organisational skills with an ability to manage multiple campaigns and relationships simultaneously.
- Creative eye with a passion for social trends, creator culture, and digital innovation.
- A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
