What we’re looking for

At Skywalker Technology, we are looking for a high-impact Personal Assistant to the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) — someone who acts as a true force-multiplier for a senior technical leader.

In this role, you will be the operational and communication anchor for the CTO, ensuring clarity, structure, and flow across engineering, product, and cross-functional teams. You will manage priorities, streamline information, prepare technical and executive materials, and help translate complex initiatives into clear actions.

This is not a traditional PA role. You are the right hand to the CTO, protecting focus, amplifying impact, and ensuring that strategy turns into execution.

We are seeking a highly trusted, detail-driven, and proactive professional with strong judgment, discretion, and an appreciation for how technology organizations operate. The ideal candidate is comfortable working alongside senior engineers and leadership, thrives in fast-moving environments, and enjoys bringing order to complexity.

Job Requirements

What you’ll be doing

You’ll work closely with the CTO to keep priorities sharp, communication clean, and execution moving forward.

Be the backbone of the CTO’s day-to-day operations

• Manage the CTO’s calendar, inbox, and key communications to ensure focus on high-leverage work
• Anticipate scheduling conflicts, prep time buffers, and critical decision windows

Enable clarity and execution

• Prepare concise briefs, agendas, and follow-ups for meetings with engineering, product, leadership, and external partners
• Track action items and ensure decisions are documented and followed through

Support technical leadership communication

• Assist in preparing presentations, internal updates, strategy decks, and technical summaries
• Help translate complex technical discussions into clear, structured materials for different audiences

Connect teams and information

• Act as a coordination point between engineering, product, operations, and leadership
• Ensure updates, priorities, and dependencies are aligned and visible

Support planning and governance

• Help organize planning cycles, reviews, and leadership rhythms
• Maintain clarity around goals, milestones, and delivery timelines

Handle sensitive matters with professionalism

• Manage confidential technical, business, and personal matters with absolute discretion

Represent the CTO with confidence

• Know when to push back, request clarity, or say no on the CTO’s behalf
• Uphold standards, priorities, and focus without ego
