Key Responsibilities:

• Understand end-to-end business processes and deliver relevant system solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate closely with clients, supporting their unique business needs with tailored technology solutions.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of cutting-edge ERP or Customized Solutions for clients.
• Provide comprehensive pre- and post-implementation training and exceptional ongoing support to ensure seamless integration.
• Cultivate strong collaborative relationships with customers, ensuring their satisfaction and success in adopting technology solutions.
• Assist clients in navigating ERP implementation and training, driving seamless adoption.

Job Requirements

B) BACKGROUND / QUALIFICATIONS

• Educational Requirements: Possess a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, or Professional Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Data Science, or equivalent.
• Relevant Experience: Minimum of 2 years of working experience in a related field.

• Work Schedule: Able to work five days a week.
