Job Description

Designing and delivering Microsoft 365 solutions across Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, Security, and Compliance platforms.

Leading migration and modernization projects, helping customers transition from legacy environments to cloud-based workplace solutions.

Providing expert technical support for Microsoft 365 services, troubleshooting complex issues and collaborating with support teams to ensure timely resolution.

Supporting customer engagements through assessments, workshops, solution recommendations, and technical advisory services.

Contributing to presales activities, including requirements gathering, solution design, proposal support, and technical presentations.

Creating high-quality technical documentation, sharing knowledge across teams, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Requirements

Strong experience working with Microsoft 365 technologies, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, and Microsoft security services.

Solid understanding of identity and access management, including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, Conditional Access, and authentication technologies.

Experience supporting migration, modernization, and cloud transformation initiatives within enterprise environments.

Strong PowerShell scripting skills and an interest in automation, workflow optimization, and modern workplace technologies.

Excellent customer-facing communication and consulting skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
