<li>Preparation of quotes for customer software requirements</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams (i.e. Sales Support, Finance) as well as external teams (Partners, OEM) to deliver the outstanding customer's experience.</li><li>Plan, process, support day-to-day tactical actions (i.e., processing of orders, credits and returns and making suggestions for existing process refinement) and load orders with the vendors using internal ERP/Vendor Portal/Emails</li><li>Prioritising and onboarding of new publishers based on customer requirements</li><li>Handle client relationships by resolving customer issues related to Quotation, Pricing etc.</li><li>Resolving high complexity and proactively following up on highest complexity issues to resolve them with some mentorship along with a vision of working towards ZERO customer concerns.</li><li>Build awareness and facilitate client data to business &amp; technical consultants.</li><li>Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient processing and delivery of requests.</li><li>Advise on Licensing to external as well as internal customers and build trust with your domain expertise.</li><li>Handle all types of publisher specific agreement processing within the framework of the publisher agreement.</li><li>Act as a central point of contact for all internal and external customers.</li><li>Drive sales process improvements, in partnership with leaders.</li>
