• Research and identify new leads and potential new markets.
• Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
• Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events.
• Preparing PowerPoint presentations and sales displays.
• Developing quotes and proposals.
• Negotiating and renegotiating by phone, email, and in person.
• Identifying, qualifying, and securing business opportunities.
• Responding to client requests for proposals (RFPs).
• Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions.
• Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients.
• Maintaining short- and long-term business development plans.
• Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support.
• Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting.

Qualification & Requirement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (speaking is a MUST as would need to deal with Mandarin speaking clients)
• Required basic software skills : MS Office
• Solar Engineering Project/Business Development Experience is a PLUS.
• Self-motivated with strong willing to learn attitude.
• Capable of performing in a high paced environment.
• Must possess own car.
• Minimum Junior Executives specializing in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent sales person with excellent sales track record and experience will be seriously considered. 
• Candidate will be based in Penang branch office.
• At least 4 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
