Job Description
Tasks & responsibilities:
- Installation, commissioning, calibration and testing of Autonomous Mobile Robot.
- Experience in image processing and robot peripheral technology and System Integration is preferred.
- Provide preventive maintenance and repair service at customer locations in accordance with Company’s established procedures, techniques, tools, test equipment and replacement parts.
- Responding to customers’ complaints and providing support for corrective maintenance.
- Establish and maintain a professional working relationship with customers and co-workers through team work.
- Sharing of knowledge and provide advice to clients and their staff as well as all end-users, on the proper operation and usage of the equipment.
Job Requirements
Qualification & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electrical / Electronic/ Mechatronic Engineering education background.
- Experience in equipment installation, servicing, maintenance in semiconductor manufacturing environment.
- Experience in servicing and troubleshooting robotics systems.
