This is a role for someone who enjoys structure, is passionate about skincare/beauty, and wants to build a long-term career in branding, marketing, and business.
We are looking for someone who has a strong interest in social media, aesthetics, content creation, and KOL/influencer marketing. The ideal candidate has a good eye for aesthetic, visual presentation, branding, and current social media trends, and understands what makes beauty content visually appealing and engaging.
Candidates with experience dealing with KOLs, influencers, or content creators are highly preferred. Those who are themselves KOLs, influencers, content creators, or active on social media are also encouraged to apply.
Fresh graduates are welcome only if they have a strong and relevant portfolio demonstrating their creativity, aesthetic sense, marketing skills, content creation, university projects, or other relevant experience.

Own transport is required to attend meetings, shoots, events, or other brand-related activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Brand &amp; Business Operations
<ul>
<li>Assist in planning and execution of product launches.</li>
<li>Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, KOLs, influencers, and freelancers for marketing and operational needs.</li>
<li>Manage daily timelines, follow-ups, and team task coordination.</li>
<li>Research skincare trends, competitor brands, suppliers, and international market opportunities.</li>
<li>Organize internal documents, brand assets, and marketing files (Google Drive, Trello, Notion).</li>
<li>Track orders, deliveries, samples, and schedules to ensure smooth operations.</li>
</ul>
Marketing &amp; KOL Coordination
<ul>
<li>Create and post social media content (captions, graphics, short-form videos) across IG, TikTok, FB.</li>
<li>Assist in planning and executing social media marketing campaigns.</li>
<li>Research and identify suitable KOLs, influencers, and content creators for campaigns.</li>
<li>Communicate and coordinate with KOLs/influencers regarding collaborations, product seeding, deliverables, and posting schedules.</li>
<li>Support influencer campaigns and partnerships from outreach to execution.</li>
<li>Prepare content calendars, launch decks, and campaign summaries.</li>
<li>Liaise with content creators, editors, photographers, videographers, and studios for production.</li>
<li>Maintain a strong aesthetic direction and visual consistency across social media and marketing materials.</li>
<li>Stay updated on Korean skincare trends, beauty aesthetics, social media trends, and local consumer interests to guide campaigns.</li>
<li>Monitor competitor brands and social media activities for new marketing opportunities.</li>
</ul>
Admin &amp; Reporting
<ul>
<li>Draft internal reports and maintain project documentation.</li>
<li>Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and payment coordination with accounts team.</li>
<li>Maintain organized project timelines, deliverables, and status updates.</li>
<li>Keep track of KOL campaigns, content deliverables, and marketing activities.</li>
