<li><strong>Communication Hub:</strong> Act as a point of contact for tenant inquiries, repair requests, and general property matters via WhatsApp/Email.</li>
<li><strong>Database Maintenance:</strong> Ensure all property and tenant records are accurately updated in our management system.</li>
<li><strong>Payment Tracking:</strong> Assist the finance team in monitoring rental payments and following up on outstanding utilities or maintenance fees.</li>
<li><strong>Vendor Coordination:</strong> Help schedule and follow up with contractors for property repairs and cleaning services.</li>
