Job Description

We are seeking a Purchasing Executive with 0-2 years of experience to join our team for our furniture manufacturing operations. You will play a key role in sourcing quality materials, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in procurement and supply chain.

• Source and procure materials such as hardware, fabrics and so forth.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing vendors while identifying new reliable sources for cost and quality improvement.
• Monitor and track shipments, liaise with forwarders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time inventory replenishment.
• Ensure compliance with import regulations, including documentation, customs requirements, and certifications.

Job Requirements

• A minimum of SPM qualification or a diploma/degree in supply chain, business or a related field.
• Must be able to fluently speak Mandarin.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and supply chain software.
• Able to work independently and manage tasks under deadlines.
• Willingness to learn.
