We are seeking a Purchasing Executive with 0-2 years of experience to join our team for our furniture manufacturing operations. You will play a key role in sourcing quality materials, managing vendor relationships, and coordinating logistics to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in procurement and supply chain.

<li>Source and procure materials such as hardware, fabrics and so forth.</li>
<li>Maintain and expand relationships with existing vendors while identifying new reliable sources for cost and quality improvement.</li>
<li>Monitor and track shipments, liaise with forwarders, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure on-time inventory replenishment.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with import regulations, including documentation, customs requirements, and certifications.</li>
</ul>
