SUMMARY
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Recruitment Intern to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Intern, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process, assisting in various HR functions, and supporting the team in sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start a career in Human Resources, with a focus on recruitment. 
KEY DUTIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

<li>Assist with the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to onboarding.</li>
<li>Source candidates using job portal, social media, and other relevant platforms.</li>
<li>Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.</li>
<li>Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.</li>
<li>Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates.</li>
<li>Maintain and update recruitment databases and tracking systems.</li>
<li>Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks, such as scheduling interviews and preparing interview materials.</li>
<li>Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.</li>
<li>Assist with onboarding tasks for new hires, including preparing welcome materials and coordinating orientation sessions.</li>
