<li>Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts.</li>
<li>Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and concern promptly and effectively.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage inventory levels for key accounts.</li>
<li>Ensure that stock levels are sufficient to meet client demands and avoid stockouts.</li>
<li>Coordinate with the warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels.</li>
<li>Regularly communicate with key accounts to understand their needs, address any issues, and provide updates on product availability and promotions.</li>
<li>Arrange and oversee merchandisers to ensure products are properly stocked and displayed in stores.</li>
<li>Coordinate with merchandisers to schedule restocking and promotional activities.</li>
<li>Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, warehouse, and customer services, to ensure a cohesive approach to key account management.</li>
<li>Prepare and present regular reports on key account status, including sales performance, customer satisfaction, inventory levels, and any issues or opportunities.</li>
</ol>
