The Admin Executive plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office.This role provides comprehensive administrative support to various departments, handles daily office tasks, and contributes to a positive and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities:
● Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing mail
and deliveries, and greeting visitors.
● Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels and
coordinating maintenance or repairs.
● Manage and organize company documents, both physical and electronic, ensuring
easy access and retrieval.
● Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
● Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
● Assist with on boarding new employees, including preparing paperwork and
coordinating training.
● Support various departments with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and
record keeping.
● Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
● Maintain accurate records of office expenses and budgets.
● Assist with event planning and coordination.
● Manage office facilities, ensuring cleanliness and functionality.
● Handle confidential information with discretion.
● Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Education: Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a
related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
Experience: Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced
environment.
