Are you highly organized, detail-oriented, and looking to build a strong foundation in both Human Resources and Finance? We are looking for a reliable and proactive Junior HR &amp; Accounts Executive to keep our office running smoothly!
In this dynamic hybrid role, you will be the backbone of our daily operations—supporting employee well-being on the HR side while keeping our numbers accurate on the accounts side. If you love variety in your workday and want a hands-on role where you can learn and grow across multiple departments, we would love to meet you!
<h4>What You Will Do (Core Responsibilities)</h4>
Human Resources &amp; Admin:
<ul>
<li>Employee Support: Assist with the onboarding process for new hires and maintain accurate, up-to-date employee records and P-files.</li>
<li>Leave &amp; Attendance: Track employee attendance, medical leaves, and annual leave balances.</li>
<li>Office Administration: Ensure the office runs smoothly by managing daily administrative tasks, handling incoming calls/emails, and monitoring office supplies.</li>
<li>Basic Payroll Support: Assist in compiling data and documents for monthly payroll processing.</li>
</ul>
Accounts &amp; Finance:
<ul>
<li>Bookkeeping Basics: Handle basic data entry for accounts payable and accounts receivable.</li>
<li>Invoicing &amp; Claims: Process staff claims, issue invoices to clients, and track incoming payments.</li>
<li>Petty Cash Management: Maintain and reconcile the office petty cash fund accurately.</li>
<li>Document Control: Organize, file, and scan financial documents, receipts, and invoices for audit and tax purposes.</li>
</ul>
