Swift now has a presence in 200+ countries and legal territories to serve a community of more than 12,000 banks and financial institutions.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;</div>Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Help monitor open PR/PO statuses and follow up with requestors or vendors as needed.</li><li>Prepare and organize procurement documents, SOPs, and templates on Confluence.</li><li>Upload contracts accurately to the designated eContract folders and ensure proper naming conventions and documentation.</li><li>Support the VIM improvement project by following up on pending VIMs and assisting in generating simple reports or summaries as requested.</li><li>Communicate with internal stakeholders and suppliers to resolve queries.</li><li>Participate in procurement-related improvement initiatives and process reviews.</li><li>Perform other administrative and coordination duties as required by the Procurement team.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related field</li><li>Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook</li><li>Willingness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced team environment</li><li>Exposure to procurement processes is a plus</li></ul>Internship Duration:<ul><li>Minimum six months internship.</li></ul>What we offerWe give you the freedom to be yourself.
