<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance &amp; Accounting Specialist to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who is curious about how finance and accounting data flows within systems and passionate about leveraging automation to streamline processes and accelerate financial analysis.</p>
<p>You’ll play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency while contributing to the development of scalable processes in a fast-paced startup environment.</p>
<p><strong>In this role, you'll:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Take ownership and lead reconciliation effort of daily cash movement</li>
<li>Ensure completeness and accuracy of each customer's virtual account balance</li>
<li>Manage customer invoicing and collection</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with local statutory requirements and financial reporting standards as well as developing, reviewing, and implementing standard operating policies and procedures</li>
<li>Maintain and issue weekly/monthly Cash and Balance Sheet forecasts</li>
<li>Perform and verify monthly bank reconciliation to ensure the accuracy of bank transactions and balances</li>
<li>Handle indirect tax and related corporate tax matters</li>
<li>Ensure timely submission of accurate financial reports, analysis, forecasts, and financial statements</li>
<li>Be the contact point for auditors, tax consultants, local banks, and other external parties</li>
