Job Summary:
An Employer Liaison Executive (Events and Exhibitions) is required to coordinate sales efforts to promote and sell products or services related to exhibitions, conventions, and other events.&nbsp;
Key Responsibilities (included but not limited to):
<ul>
<li>Sales Strategy: Develop and implement a sales strategy for exhibition products and services (e.g: conferences, annual dinner, product launch, event and exhibition) to achieve revenue goals.</li>
<li>Leads Nurturing: Build strong relationships with potential new leads and customers, increasing the likelihood of conversion and fostering long-term loyalty.</li>
<li>Pitching &amp; Negotiation: Effectively communicate the value proposition of the company's services and capabilities to potential employers.&nbsp;</li>
<li>Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients, exhibitors, and sponsors to enhance partnerships and secure repeat business.</li>
<li>Stakeholder Management: Identify and cultivate relationships with potential and existing employers to create collaboration opportunities. Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure the timely delivery of services to job seekers and employers.</li>
<li>Networking: Represent the company in meetings, job fairs, and other events to promote its brand and services.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure seamless execution of exhibition products and services.</li>
<li>Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to adapt sales strategies accordingly.</li>
<li>Pre-Event Planning: Work with event planners and stakeholders to define objectives, create event plans, timelines, and budgets, and handle vendor contracts for venues, catering, and services.</li>
<li>Logistics Management: Oversee event setup, seating, decorations, and signage, coordinate vendor deliveries, and develop contingency plans for any logistical challenges.</li>
<li>Cross-functional: Working and collaborating closely with other departments and projects as needed to ensure all tasks are delivered efficiently and effectively, enhancing overall productivity and project success.</li>
</ul>
