Job Description

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring.
     
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
     
  • Manage a small team of recruiters, providing mentorship and guidance.
     
  • Proactively head-hunt and build pipelines for critical and senior roles.
     
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen TalentCap’s market positioning.
     
  • Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and future hiring needs.
     
  • Establish and maintain relationships with universities, professional networks, and recruitment partners.
     
  • Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide regular reports to management.
     
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
     
  • Stay updated with market trends, talent movements, and innovative hiring practices.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
     
  • Minimum 5–7 years of proven experience in talent acquisition/recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
     
  • Strong experience in head-hunting, employer branding, and strategic hiring.
     
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools.
     
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
     
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.
     
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
     
  • Experience in events, consulting, or media industries is an advantage.
