<li>协助决策：参与战略规划、预算编制和决策过程，为总裁提供必要的信息和数据支持。</li>
<li>文件管理：负责处理和管理与总裁相关的文件、邮件和其他沟通，确保信息的准确传递和及时处理。</li>
<li>与高级管理层沟通：作为总裁的代表，与公司的其他高级管理人员和重要利益相关者进行沟通和协调。</li>
<li>报告撰写：负责撰写总裁要求的报告、备忘录和其他文件。</li>
<li>会议组织：筹备公司内部会议和重要活动，确保会议的顺利进行和记录会议要点。</li>
<li>保持机密性：处理敏感信息时，确保保密性和安全性。</li>
<li>接待来访者：与外部客户、合作伙伴和访客进行交流，代表公司传递专业形象。</li>
<li>需为总裁做中英巫翻译。</li>

<li>&nbsp;Manage the C.E.O's schedule: Arrange and manage meetings, activities, business trips, etc. to ensure the rational use of time and the smooth progress of the arrangement.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Assist in decision-making: Participate in strategic planning, budgeting and decision-making processes, and provide the president with necessary information and data support.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Document management: Responsible for processing and managing documents, emails and other communications related to the president, ensuring accurate delivery and timely processing of information.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Communication with senior management: As the C.E.O's representative, communicate and coordinate with other senior management and key stakeholders of the company.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Report Writing: Responsible for writing reports, memos and other documents requested by the President.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Meeting organization: prepare for the company's internal meetings and important events, ensure the smooth progress of the meeting and record the main points of the meeting.</li>
<li>&nbsp;Maintain Confidentiality: Ensure confidentiality and security when handling sensitive information.</li>
<li>Receive visitors: communicate with external clients, partners and visitors and convey a professional image on behalf of the company.</li>
<li>Able to assist in translating Mandarin, English and Malay.&nbsp;</li>
</ul>
