Our Mission 

Receptionist cum Sales Consultant is responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent customer service, handling appointment bookings, and driving sales of services and treatment packages. This role requires a balance of hospitality, administrative efficiency, and sales expertise to ensure smooth customer experience and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

<li>Welcome and assist clients upon arrival at the center.</li>
<li>Handle phone inquiries, emails, and walk-in customers with professionalism and courtesy.</li>
<li>Manage the appointment scheduling system, confirm bookings, and coordinate with therapists.</li>
<li>Provide initial consultation by understanding customer needs and recommending suitable treatments &amp; packages.</li>
<li>Ensure a clean, organized, and professional reception area.</li>
<li>Introduce and explain the center’s treatment &amp; packages.</li>
<li>Upsell and cross-sell suitable treatment plans or memberships.</li>
<li>Achieve monthly sales targets by engaging clients and promoting suitable health solutions.</li>
<li>Maintain knowledge of Tuinalogy &amp; Bone-setting techniques and benefits to provide accurate recommendations.</li>
<li>Handle invoicing, receipts, and maintain accurate transaction records.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with company policies regarding pricing, discounts, and promotions.</li>
<li>Maintain a client database &amp; record treatment history</li>
<li>Follow up with clients after treatments to gather feedback and encourage repeat visits.</li>
<li>Address customer concerns or complaints in a professional manner and escalate issues when necessary.</li>
</ol>
