We’re looking for a driven intern with a keen interest or basic understanding of real estate, client servicing, and administrative work. We welcome candidates from all races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, and ages to join us!

What You’ll Do:
<ul>
<li>Attend general enquiries from homeowners via phone calls, emails, text messages, or walk-ins.</li>
<li>Support the Client Relations team in logging and tracking owner queries, key collections, defect reports, and renovation updates.</li>
<li>Assist in preparing basic documents, checklists, and reports for internal circulation.</li>
<li>Maintain filing systems, key storage, and documentation related to project operations.</li>
<li>Support the team during joint inspections and handovers at Maya Ara.</li>
<li>Assist with additional ad-hoc tasks as required.</li>
</ul>

Working Arrangement: 
On-Site at Maya Ara. Work closely with our Corporate Projects and Client Relations team.&nbsp;
