The Role : The candidate reports to the Sn Operations Manager and will responsible for coordinating and executing daily group and MICE operations. Their KPI is to ensure the the on ground group's quality delivery is implemented.
Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Daily operations : Hotel booking, rooming list, logistic management, attraction and restaurant bookings for Groups and MICE.</li>
<li>On Field supervision and servicing when group is on tour. The job will be beyond the regular office hour for peak season.</li>
<li>Invoicing and managing P&amp;L on file.</li>
</ul>
