Job Description

• Manage administration duties including generating invoices, CN, DN.
• Packing orders.
• Prepare accurate Quotation. Forward to dealers and follow-up in a timely manner.
• Prepare accurate Advice Letters and send together with repaired watches to the appropriate recipients.
• Keep record and maintain filing system.
• You will be given the opportunity to learn about spare parts. Training and guidance will be provided for you to gradually take on responsibilities related to spare parts. 

Job Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent preferably with experience in customer service environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office & computer literate. Working experience in Autocount accounting software with e-invoicing is preferred.
• Good command in both written and spoken English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. Preferably able to converse in local Chinese dialects to effectively communicate with Chinese dialect speaking customers & dealers.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, self-disciplined, task-oriented and independent.
