Forward to dealers and follow-up in a timely manner.</li><li>Prepare accurate Advice Letters and send together with repaired watches to the appropriate recipients.</li><li>Keep record and maintain filing system.</li><li>You will be given the opportunity to learn about spare parts. Training and guidance will be provided for you to gradually take on responsibilities related to spare parts.&nbsp;</li></ul>
