What you'll do:

<li>Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.</li>
<li>Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.</li>
<li>Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure member satisfaction.</li>
<li>Promote and sell membership packages, personal training sessions, and fitness programs.</li>
<li>Maintain an updated database of members and prospective clients.</li>
<li>Provide information on fitness center facilities, classes, and events.</li>
<li>Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.</li>
<li>Conduct follow-ups with new and existing members to ensure engagement and retention.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.</li>
<li>Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.</li>
<li>Monitor cleanliness and functionality of front desk and lounge areas.</li>
<li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.</li>
</ul>
