We’re looking for an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first friendly face our members meet and the voice that keeps them connected. 

What you'll do:

• Greet and assist members and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Address customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
• Handle complaints and resolve issues efficiently to ensure member satisfaction.
• Promote and sell membership packages, personal training sessions, and fitness programs.
• Maintain an updated database of members and prospective clients.
• Provide information on fitness center facilities, classes, and events.
• Assist with membership sign-ups, renewals, and cancellations.
• Conduct follow-ups with new and existing members to ensure engagement and retention.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.
• Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
• Monitor cleanliness and functionality of front desk and lounge areas.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (Business, Hospitality, or related field).
• Experience in customer service (fitness or hospitality industry preferred).
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Sales experience is a plus!
• Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and patience.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office & CRM tools.
• Passion for health, fitness & wellness.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
