Job Summary:
The IT Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of IT projects from initiation to closure, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within scope. This role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and clients, ensuring effective communication, and mitigating risks to deliver high-quality IT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage IT projects, ensuring they align with company goals and objectives.
• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and risk management strategies.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers and designers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Regularly communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders, including senior management and clients.
• Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budget constraints, seeking approval for any necessary budget adjustments.
• Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project outcomes, identify lessons learned, and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Perform any ad-hoc tasks and or project that assigned by the HOD from time-to-time. 
• Monitor project performance, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Conduct risk assessments, identify potential issues, and implement mitigation plans.
• Manage project documentation, ensuring that all deliverables, approvals, and changes are properly tracked and documented.
•  Proficient in preparing and reviewing URS (User Requirement Specifications), UAT (User Acceptance Testing), FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing), test scripts, kick-off presentations, and handover documentation. 
• Facilitate meetings, such as project kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives, to ensure effective communication and project progress.
• Ensure adherence to best practices, methodologies, and tools for project management, including Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall as applicable.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic IT environment.
• Possess strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders. 
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project management within the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with stakeholders and team members.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Knowledge of project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Linear, MS Project).
• PMP, Scrum Master, or other project management certifications are a plus.
