Job Description

Job Brief: As the Special Officer to the COO at Troopers, you will work closely with the Chief Operating Officer (COO) to manage a diverse portfolio, including Finance, Expansions, and Administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders, driving digital transformation efforts, and ensuring seamless cross-functional collaboration. This role involves a combination of account management, partnership development, digital strategy, stakeholder management, and project management to enhance the overall efficiency and growth of the organisation.

  • Inbound Sales for TROOPERS Singapore
    • Lead and manage inbound sales initiatives to drive client acquisition and revenue growth
    • Oversee the full sales funnel—from lead qualification to client onboarding and post-sale engagement.
  • Outbound Sales for TROOPERS Singapore
    • Proactively hunt for new clients through cold outreach, networking, and industry events.
    • Work with the digital team to improve SEO strategies and website visibility, enabling organic lead generation.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospects, ensuring consistent follow-ups and conversion tracking.
  • Internal and Investor Reporting
    • Prepare bi-monthly and monthly investor reports, including financial, operational and human resource updates to be presented by the COO
    • Updating Sales data sheets and CRM tools with sales updates to ensure alignment for 
  • Collaboration with the Singapore Operations Team
    • Work closely with the operations team to track project performance and 
    • Calculate accurate commission payouts on a monthly and quarterly basis 
  • Partnership Development
    • Identify and build relationships with external vendors that can support recruitment efforts and capacity expansion.
    • Collaborate with universities and institutions to develop partnerships that drive talent acquisition and brand awareness among students.
  • COO Representative
    • Represent the COO in meetings when required, ensuring key outcomes are captured and followed through.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in client relationship management, strategic partnerships, digital transformation, project management, sales, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proactive and adaptable, with a strong ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making.
  • Experience in working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
