Job Description

Position Summary:

  • The incumbent will be expected to work with a US-based multinational MLM company located in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur. This role primarily involves handling HR recruitment matters. 
  • This position come with attractive remuneration package but subject to relevant experience & qualification.
  • There is basic salary + fixed allowance + performance bonus.
  • 5 working days per week.
  • Positive working experience with supportive management. 

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify internal staffing needs.
  • Determine selection criteria.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks).
  • Collaborate with external recruitment agency on certain hiring needs.
  • Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews.
  • Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position’s requirements.
  • Lead employer branding initiatives.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs by department.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years of HR experience, preferable with TA experience or specialized in recruitment activities.
  • Understanding of the full cycle of recruitment activities.
  • Knowledge of local labor regulations and keep abreast with the latest updates.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication skills and required multilingual.
