It has always been operating in the food industry to develop products and solutions intended for professionals and final consumers. Today, Unigrà is an important international enterprise, employing more than 1,150 people and exporting 40% of its production; it has five plants (three in Italy, 1 in Brazil and 1 in Malaysia), 16 foreign subsidiaries and a large network of distributors and importers. Through its various brands, the company offers high-end raw materials, semi-processed and finished products across all channels: industrial, artisan, Ho.Re.Ca. and retail. About Unigrà Group

&nbsp;The production complex in Malaysia, inaugurated in 2019 in the city of Pasir Gudang, State of Johor, is a strategic industrial investment in the APAC region, a huge emerging market where the group expects the plant to help offer a rapid and efficient service for its customer base. The plant covers approximately 27,000 square metres, with production units for real and compound chocolate, UHT vegetable creams and margarines.&nbsp;

<li>Assist SCM to Organize and Manage Procurement and Warehousing activities with the objective of maximizing productivity.</li>
<li>Assist SCM to Supervise, guide, motivate and mentor Supply Chain team to work as a strong team to ensure set targets and objectives are met.</li>
<li>Have knowledge of commodity material.</li>
<li>Help to source for direct / indirect material.</li>
<li>Monitor PO issuance comply with policy and guidelines.</li>
<li>Resolve any conflict within and inter department to ensure a cohesive relationship with related personnel either within or inter – department.</li>
<li>Working together with R&amp;D team on new material sourcing and approval.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Quality team on new supplier and material approval processes.</li>
<li>Ensure warehousing receiving and issuing of raw material following the right methodology and document the accurate quantity.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Indirect buyer of managing external warehouse and ensure quantity accuracy in SAP.</li>
<li>Ensure end month inventories are accurate both physical stock and SAP system stocks.</li>
<li>Ensure warehousing are kept in a good clean hygiene condition in compliance food safety requirement and following FEFO and FIFO policy.</li>
<li>Follow up on all food safety audit requirements.</li>
</ul>
