Job Description

Description of position

  • Assist SCM to Organize and Manage Procurement and Warehousing activities with the objective of maximizing productivity.
  • Assist SCM to Supervise, guide, motivate and mentor Supply Chain team to work as a strong team to ensure set targets and objectives are met.
  • Have knowledge of commodity material.
  • Help to source for direct / indirect material.
  • Monitor PO issuance comply with policy and guidelines.
  • Resolve any conflict within and inter department to ensure a cohesive relationship with related personnel either within or inter – department.
  • Working together with R&D team on new material sourcing and approval.
  • Collaborate with Quality team on new supplier and material approval processes.
  • Ensure warehousing receiving and issuing of raw material following the right methodology and document the accurate quantity.
  • Collaborate with Indirect buyer of managing external warehouse and ensure quantity accuracy in SAP.
  • Ensure end month inventories are accurate both physical stock and SAP system stocks.
  • Ensure warehousing are kept in a good clean hygiene condition in compliance food safety requirement and following FEFO and FIFO policy.
  • Follow up on all food safety audit requirements.

Min Bachelor Degree 

 

Work / year experience requirement

>minimum 8 years work experience in related field, preferably in supply chain / procurement with at least 2 years managerial capacity
