<li>To analyze weekly / monthly production report and submit report on findings, recommendations, remedial actions etc.</li>
<li>Supervise and lead production teams, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth workflow.</li>
<li>Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among production staff.</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement in food manufacturing processes.</li>
<li>Implement best practices and lean manufacturing principles to optimize production workflows.</li>
<li>To ensure workers follow closely all HACCP and GMP procedures.</li>
<li>To ensure plans for equipment &amp; facilities cleaning are executed.</li>
<li>To ensure rules and good housekeeping are followed and maintained.</li>
