Financial Reporting &amp; Analysis

<li>Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (P&amp;L, balance sheet, cash flow).</li>
<li>Analyze financial performance and provide insights to management.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate and timely closing of accounts.</li>
</ul>
Budgeting &amp; Forecasting
<ul>
<li>Lead the annual budgeting process and provide monthly forecasts.</li>
<li>Monitor actual performance against budgets and recommend corrective actions.</li>
</ul>
Revenue &amp; Cost Management
<ul>
<li>Monitor revenue recognition, especially for retainer-based and project-based clients.</li>
<li>Track client invoicing, payment collections, and agency spending.</li>
<li>Reconcile media spend vs. billed and identify gaps.</li>
</ul>
Compliance &amp; Controls
<ul>
<li>Ensure compliance with tax regulations, SST, etc, and other statutory requirements.</li>
<li>Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and government bodies.</li>
<li>Maintain and implement internal controls and accounting policies.</li>

Team Leadership &amp; Collaboration

<li>Manage and mentor junior finance staff or outsourced accountants.</li>
<li>Collaborate with sales and project teams to support project costing, margin analysis, and billing cycles.</li>
<li>Coordinate with HR on payroll-related financial reporting.</li>

Systems &amp; Process Improvement

<li>Streamline accounting processes and improve the use of digital tools and systems.</li>
<li>Assist in implementing accounting or ERP software upgrades or integrations.&nbsp;</li>
