HR Intern
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

<li>Assist in sourcing potential candidates and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking platforms based on job requirements.</li>
<li>Conduct initial phone screenings and schedule interviews.</li>
<li>Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.</li>
<li>Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms.</li>
<li>Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.</li>
<li>Ensure proper documentation and filing of recruitment records.</li>
<li>Performs ad hoc tasks as required.</li>
<li>Update internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.</li>
<li>Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts.</li>
<li>Participate in organizing company events and career days/ fairs.</li>
<li>File documents and answer to employee inquiries.</li>
</ul>
IT Intern
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Support the IT team in maintaining hardware, software, and IT resources.</li>
<li>Assist with troubleshooting issues and provide technical support.</li>
<li>Assist in any duties assigned by the immediate superior.</li>
<li>Assist in create and update documentations.</li>
<li>Working closely with an IT team and immediate superior.</li>
<li>Get hands-on experience in building a website from scratch (wordpress or non wordpress).</li>
<li>Learn to communicate with clients and help to solve their issue.</li>
</ul>
