About the role 
We are seeking an Accounts Assistant to join our team at DEALERS IN SECOND HAND METALS,SCRAP AND IRON MERCHANTS' in Penang. This full-time role will be responsible for providing support to our accounting and finance functions.
What you'll be doing
<ul>
<li>Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and reports</li>
<li>Reconciling bank accounts and maintaining accurate accounting records</li>
<li>Processing invoices, payments, and other accounting transactions</li>
<li>Providing administrative support to the accounting team</li>
<li>Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and policies</li>
<li>Collaborating with other departments to provide financial information and analysis</li>
</ul>
What we're looking for
<ul>
<li>Relevant qualification or experience in Bookkeeping &amp; Small Practice Accounting</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers</li>
<li>Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications</li>
<li>Good communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work well in a team and meet deadlines</li>
<li>Familiarity with accounting principles and financial regulations</li>
</ul>
