Help out in daily activities of the agronomy department, including :

a). Field Work
Assist in routine agronomic field operations such as planting, fertilization, irrigation checks, pest and disease scouting, and crop monitoring. Participate in maintenance of experimental plots to ensure optimal crop growth and data integrity.

b). Field Sampling
Conduct systematic collection of soil, plant, and water samples following standard operating procedures. Ensure accurate labelling, recording, and handling of samples for laboratory analysis, supporting decision-making in nutrient management, plant health, and soil fertility.

c). Field Visits
Accompany agronomists and field supervisors during plantation or farm visits to assess crop performance, monitor field trials, and gather observational data. Gain hands-on exposure to diagnosing field issues and implementing corrective measures under real-world conditions.

d). Reporting &amp; Documentation
Assist in compiling agronomic data into structured reports, spreadsheets, and presentations. Support documentation efforts including trial summaries, field observations, and standard protocols, contributing to internal communication and regulatory compliance.

e). Research &amp; Development (R&amp;D)
Participate in ongoing agronomic research projects such as variety trials, fertilizer efficiency studies, or soil amendment evaluations. Support data collection, trial layout, and preliminary data analysis, contributing to the development of innovative and sustainable agronomic practices.
