Job Description

• Plan, coordinate, and execute corporate training programs, seminars, workshops, and company events.
• Develop event concepts, themes, and budgets, ensuring alignment with WMA’s brand and objectives.
• Liaise with vendors, venues, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Manage all event logistics, including scheduling, catering, equipment, and attendee coordination.
• Assist in event promotion, registration, and participant engagement.
• Monitor event budgets, prepare reports, and evaluate post-event feedback.
• Provide on-site support to ensure events run smoothly and professionally.

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as an Event Planner or in event/project coordination.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple events simultaneously under tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools.
• Creative and detail-oriented mindset.
