Job Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level and niche positions.
• Partner with department heads to understand talent needs and workforce planning.
• Design and implement strategic sourcing plans to attract top talent.
• Manage and mentor junior recruiters or recruitment coordinators.
• Build strong talent pipelines through networking, direct sourcing, and digital platforms.
• Oversee candidate screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
• Build Recruitment and Head Hunting strategy
• Ensure a high-quality candidate experience and maintain employer branding standards.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve hiring processes.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 4–6+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a focus on senior-level roles.
• Strong experience with sourcing techniques, headhunting, and passive candidate engagement.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
